I have a sincere and resolute commitment to delivering restorative care that honors the whole person. My journey began with over 600 hours of accredited training at the Lancaster School of Cosmetology & Therapeutic Bodywork, where I graduated with a 94% GPA and passed the MBLEx licensing examination on January 7, 2016.

My dedication to professional growth advances through regular Continuing Education (CE) courses, taken at least every two years. These experiences deepen my mastery of technique and expand my understanding of holistic care. Recent training has equipped me to offer Thai Yoga Massage, and I look forward to future studies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cranial-Sacral Therapy.

In addition to owning this practice, I served/serve as a Licensed Massage Therapist for LUXE Salon & Spa, Ponessa Medical Massage Center, Family Chiropractic of Lancaster, Zeel Massage, Soothe Inc., Circle of Hands Chair Massage, and most recently, Forward Motion Chiropractic & Wellness.

I specialize in Chair Massage, Swedish and Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and more. With over 20 years of experience in service-oriented roles across medical and educational settings, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages—from youth to seniors—including those considered 'at risk' and those navigating emotional, physical, or learning challenges. My approach centers on restorative care that meets each person with dignity, intention, and respect.
